Spam Mails

Dear all,

I checked through my log and found that MailScanner doesn't seems to
scan every mail (it doesn't seems to scan SPAM mail)that came in. I had
set the following:

Max Unscanned Bytes Per Scan = 0
Max Unsafe Bytes Per Scan = 0
Max Unscanned Messages Per Scan = 0
Max Unsafe Messages Per Scan = 0

Is it true that by setting this, MailScanner will scan every mail that
comes in?

Any advice?
