Razor installation help

Arrrrgh.  It b0rked.  Actually, I got Test:Harness installed OK.  Got 2.30.
2.31 was there but was flagged as a "Developer" module so I figured I'd go
for what I assume is the latest stable flavor.  I then also had to add
Test::Simple, which I did via SuSE's distro CDs.  After that the 'make test'
for the Razor SDK passed w/o incident.

I then did 'perl Makefile.PL' in the Razor-Agents-2.36 dir, and got the
following:

Odd thing is, I have Net::DNS installed.  This landed in root's mailbox:

So what the heck does all that mean, (particularly the first line) and what
do I do about it?
