RedHat 9 + MailScanner = slow system

Hello
I have similar problems (very slow work ) of sarg (squid log analyzer)
on RedHat 9 box and  when I set LC_ALL=C in the environment everythig
works well. Try to put this in /etc/profile
export  LC_ALL=C
I think that the problem is something with unicode and sorting on RedHat
9 systems.
