a note on using pyzor and up2date

My RedHat 7.3 package list indicates in has Python2, Python2-devel, and
Python2-docs. I would assume that up2date would upgrade it if you do not
have it excluded. I am not sure what version of python2 pyzor requires
though as I do not use it yet.
