Using Fetchmail to route email with MX?

My ISDN line broke (probably interface card) and now I have tons of emails lining up at ISP. Can I just use fetchmail to grab mail via pop3 into my linux box where the domain doesn't exist (on exchange box) and is the preference 20 (exchange is pref. 10). Will the Linux just send these emails to the mx 10 preference exchange box or will this not work or how?
