Users being clever - Word and Excel docs

Hi All

Some of my users who have restrictions on file types that they are allowed
to send are embedding various files inside Word and Excel docs and sending
these out. Is there any way to scan inside these documents or if not ... at
least be able to block Word/Excel docs with embedded objects?

Any suggestions?
