FWIW I use 'E-Mail viruses or banned attachments'  (I strip content on
html violations).  I agree that saying everything is a virus is
misleading and alarmist, but I'd also say that saying all form tags or
Iframes are malicious is also misleading.  Perhaps...

"The following e-mail messages were found to contain viruses or
potentially harmful content"
