move config files from one server to another

I have done this many times. If you will be running the same OS on both
servers, then:

* Install MS on the new server and rename /etc/MailScanner
to /etc/MailScanner.new
* Tar /etc/Mailscanner from the test server
* Untar the tared file onto your new server
* Start MS on the new server

Note: this works if your environment is identical on both server (such as using
the same virus scanners ... etc).
