Ruleset Problem

 hrmm.. I'm not too sure then. Maybe try denying *@domain.de first, and then
allowing user and user2 before the default action is defined. I'm not too
sure what the order is for how the rules get calculated, but it's worth a
shot.

ie:

To:     *@domain.de             no
To:     user at domain.de  yes
To:     user2 at domain.de yes
FromOrTo:       default yes
