Ruleset Problem

Hi!

I tried to use the following configuration in my ruleset:

To:     user at domain.de  yes
To:     user2 at domain.de yes
To:     *@domain.de     no

I want user(2)@domain.de scanned but not all the other users in
the domain...

MailScanner scans no user at all, so how do I specify this rule
correctly?
