Help with RFC Format MS 4.25-5

Hi All,
  Please help if you can.  I'm sending email from my home account (I
have full control)
using mailscanner 4.25-5 and sending to my work account (I have zero
control) that uses
Symantec AntiVirus for Gateways prior to a Novell Groupwise Email
server.  My mail log says:

then i check my work email... and check, and check... NOTHING
so, I ask my friendly work admin "what happened to M2003101516225710379?"
reply:
"The cause for the error, according to Symantec, is that your not
sending the messages in a standard RFC format."

OK, so I try sending a message using Webmin... works, I get the message.
             I try sending a message by hand from the server using
telnet.  works, I get the message.

HELP, what happened?  This was not a problem with version mailscanner
4.22-5.
Please, please, please  help.
