Nothing going to /var/spool/mqueue

Mail is still not getting to /var/spool/mqueue. The load on the server isn't
excessive. Here is a ps output of my server

Here is an error from /var/log/messages
Oct 14 14:02:34 smithers root: Unknown fatal error calling "checksum",
exiting, No such file or directory

Spamassassin is reporting spam. no filename/virus checks are running nothing
is getting delivered.

Any more ideas?
