Update Annoyances

Well, I just updated MailScanner and there are two items I'd like to have
changed if my vote counts :)

1. for the last two upgrades I've had to go into Log.pm to comment out the
SIGPIPE log statement.  If I don't do this I get a notice for every
message about a SIGPIPE error.  BTW, I'm using standard old RH 9 syslog.

2. the clean.quarantine script in cron.daily is quietly saved with an
rpmsave extension and the new one installed.  It is disabled by default so
if you don't go looking for it the quarantine is no longer being cleaned.
