POP3 doesn't support folders on the server.
What at least one other person has done is customise their system a bit and
have 2 accounts for each user, both of which are forced to have the same
password. So a user has an account "username" and another one
"username-spam". These point to the non-spam and spam mailboxes for "username".

You then just need a trivial Custom Function to return the Spam Actions and
High Scoring Spam Actions actions which will be "forward
username-spam at yourdomain.com" with the relevant username inserted. It's
about 3 lines.
