Upgrades and reports

I've never bothered to actually go through all the reports and edit them before,
but just after upgrading to 4.24 I did. Things like replacing "helpdesk" with
"admin at bogachiel.net" and including my own information in the signatures. Will I
have to check these pages after future upgrades, or will install.sh leave them
alone if they are present?
