Sendmail mailertable troubles

Correct me if I'm wrong... when using mailertable.. you don't need
relay-domains.
At least I have a similar setup. Sendmail/MS/SpamAssassin box as a SMTP
gateway to our Internal Exchange servers.
in my mailertable, all I have is.. I have no relay-domains and that feature
is not enabled on my machine.
domain1.com esmtp:[ip]
domain2.com esmtp:[ip]
domain3.com esmtp:[ip]
domain4.com esmtp:[ip]
and do make mailertable.db (or that makemap hash thing mentioned earlier)

Is the domain also listed in your relay-domains ?
