i replace this line with the correct

if i do what that site said :
.....
"Tell the outgoing Postfix not to provide an SMTP service: Edit /etc/postfix/master.cf and comment out the following line by inserting a "#" at the start of the line: 
smtp   inet    n       -       y       -       -       smtpd"
....


when i try to connect to my smtp server 

telnet my_ip 25

it refuse my conection , the port 25 is not open
i dont understand
how can i open that port?

It means that it cannot find the sendmail command (postfix has a sendmail command, for compatibility).

which sendmail

on a console to see where is this command.
