OT: Problems installing fedora

Don't know if anyone can assist, but I managed to upgrade from RH8 to
RH9 using apt-get.  Over the weekend, up2date updated RH9.

However, when I tried to go from RH9 to Fedora I ran into problems.
Below are the errors.  Has anyone else come across these?  The box is
runnning MailScanner, SpamAssassin and 42go.  I can't find anything in
Google, apart from an unanswered posting from someone with the same
problem.

        file /usr/share/man/man3/CGI.3pm.gz from install of
perl-5.8.1-92 conflicts with file from package perl-CGI-2.81-88.3
