You should set spamassassin prefs in
"/etc/MailScanner/spam.assassin.prefs.conf"

and it is convenient to make "/etc/mail/spamassassin/local.conf" a symlink that points
to "/etc/MailScanner/spam.assassin.prefs.conf"

just be sure you DON'T have
"score PYZOR_CHECK 0" in there.

You don't need those "use_..." lines.
