MailScanner not restarting

Hi!

Running MailScanner 4.25-7 on Debian "stale", I've set 
   # To avoid resource leaks, re-start periodically
   Restart Every = 3600

However, since I went from 4.22 (or .23) this doesn't seem to work 
 anymore, I have MailScanner-processes here that have eaten more than 
 100 CPU-minutes each.

Any ideas? Did I miss something all too obvious?
