Let me correct:
FromOrTo: john at abc.com /etc/MailScanner/special.conf
FromOrTo: bob at abc.com /etc/MailScanner/special.conf
FromOrTo: paul at abc.com /etc/MailScanner/special.conf
FromOrTo: *@abc.com /etc/MailScanner/abc_general.conf
FromOrTo: default /etc/MailScanner/general.conf
I used to have a default rule like you said and it used to be:
john, bob and paul were ruled by special.conf
another_users at abc.com ruled by abc_general.conf
*@* ruled by general.conf
This policy worked perfectly on MailScanner 4.21-9.
