mailscanner + kaspersky4mail 4.0.3.0

The kaspersky-wrapper should work with both new and old versions of Kaspersky.
In version 4.5 they finally sorted out their system to make it work in a
vaguely sensible way.

All you should need to do is set
Virus Scanners = kaspersky
in MailScanner.conf, and check virus.scanners.conf for the correct path to
your installation of kaspersky. It assumes Kaspersky is installed under
/opt/AVP by default.
