Thanks kevin,

Do you think we sould put that in the faq?

Another question... I'm just unsure about one thing: when I do a df, I see nothing in /dev/shm. However, I do see the right amount of data (I copied a few files there just to test), in my new mount point. Is that normal?

See:

[root at bobby incoming]# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda8 244M 118M 113M 52% /
/dev/sda1 99M 9.2M 85M 10% /boot
/dev/sda7 487M 133M 329M 29% /home
none 251M 0 251M 0% /dev/shm
/dev/sda9 99M 5.8M 88M 7% /tmp
/dev/sda2 1.5G 666M 735M 48% /usr
/dev/sda6 742M 205M 500M 30% /var
/dev/sda10 32G 72M 31G 1% /var/lib
/dev/sda5 981M 34M 897M 4% /var/spool
none 251M 31M 221M 13% /var/spool/MailScanner/incoming

Thanks,
