2 question on sa-learn and archive

Question 1
We are using sendmail and have all spam going to spam at domain.com. Sendmail
seems to keep all mail in one big flat file. Is this how it is suppose to
be, or is there suppose to be?

Question 2

How can I moved a piece of archived mail back into the queue?
