MailScanner mqueue.in

I have been running MailScanner with SpamAssassin for a couple months now on
a Redhat 7.3 server with no problems.  A couple of days ago, messages stop
being moved from mqueue.in to mqueue.  They are just sitting in mqueue.in.
All permissions appear to be ok.  I stopped (verified with ps command) and
started MailScanner numerous times and just get that it did find messages,
starts batches and then nothing else. I also reinstalled MailScanner and I
still get the same thing.

Any one have any ideas on this?
