Problems with disarm action

(I mentioned this at the end of a previous post, but I think it got lost
in the mix).

It seems that the new disarm options for the Allow ... Tags options
don't seem to work if used in a ruleset.

I have an existing ruleset along the lines of

From:   xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx  no
From: default		yes

I changed the last line to 
From: default		disarm

but now all messages containing offending tags are blocked completely.

Any ideas?
