virus from 'support@microsoft.com' not blocked?

Mine seems to be catching it...
   Report: SophosSAVI: screen_temp.pif was infected by W32/Palyh-A
            Shortcuts to MS-Dos programs are very dangerous in email (screen_temp.pif)
    Report: ClamAV: screen_temp.pif contains Worm.Palyh.A 

Looks like both scanners and the filename rules are catching it.
