Mailscanner 4.20-3 and Archiving

I used the mail archiving features of mail scanner to forward dupe copies
of email to employees that were no longer with the company:

ie:
To harry at company.com sally at company.com and had this information with
others in a archive_rules file.  This was pre 4.20-3 and upon upgrading,
now all mail gets archived in mbox format to the file archive_rules file.

Any way to archive with a ruleset as before or has this functionality been
purged.
