OT: SA Timeout Issues

IIRC SpamAssassin uses some internal 30s timeouts, so having a 20s
timeout in MS means that MS will always time SA out before SA times out
whatever it is waiting for. Setting SpamAssassin Timeout = 40 should
allow SA to exercise its timeouts before MS gives up, which should mean
substantially more spam gets an SA score...
