RBL checks timed out

Occasionally I get lots of timeouts with Infinite-Monkeys and SpamAssassin.  I'm not sure why this is but changing the timeouts in
MailScanner.conf may be necessary.  Unfortunately, I'm not sure how long these things take in normal cases.   Please consider adding
the execution times in the log messages:

May 11 04:49:44 server MailScanner[4394]: RBL checks: h4B8ndM10306 found in Infinite-Monkeys (5.4 sec)
