URGENT: MailScanner issue on Linux mail server

Update

I am getting this error message in /var/log/mail/errors

May 13 07:38:19 fs1 postfix/nqmgr[21607]: fatal: qmgr_move: update
active/0/0B7971F2213 time stamps: Operation not permitted

Here is the mail messages I get in /var/log/mail/info

May 13 07:30:38 fs1 MailScanner[21552]: New Batch: Scanning 1 messages,
1334 bytes
May 13 07:30:49 fs1 MailScanner[21552]: Virus and Content Scanning:
Starting
May 13 07:30:49 fs1 MailScanner[21552]: Uninfected: Delivered 1 messages


I also sent a est virus and it does find it and  does save it in
quarantine
