The SA rbl checks are defined in
/usr/share/spamassassin/50_scores.cf
If you want to kill any of them, set the score for that rule to 0 (in your
spam.assassin.prefs.conf file).
SA does *not* use spam.lists.conf, only MS's own RBL checking uses that.
