Default Filename Extension Handling

Julian,

First of all let me say.... Great Program!!

What is the default for handling files whose extensions don't appear in filename.rules.conf ?  Example, .xls files are being replaced by a blank txt document and that extension in not in the rules file for either allow or deny.
