MailScanner and SA 2.51 and Bayes

Can anyone confirm if this is even working now?  If I run a spamassassin
-D -t < message I see debug code for Bayes that appears to me that it's
working. Also in ~/.spamassassin I see bayes_seen, bayes_toks and
bayes_msgcount updating.

If SA is called from MS, only bayes_msgcount is changing.  It also
creates bayes_seen.dir, bayes_seen.pag, bayes_toks.dir, and
bayes_toks.pag files but they remain 0k.
