SQL logging: default attachment logging?

At our site we want to log filename attachments for all email, not just
those that generate a virus alert. Looking at the current SQL code, it only
gets the attachment filename when there's a virus alert. Is there any way to
pull out a filename, or filename list, from MailScanner when it doesn't
generate an alert? I glanced through Message.pm, and it seems to only
determine filenames upon virus checking.
