ANNOUNCE: mailstats.pl V0.17

For those people who use my script to analyse the mail log file you will
find a new version which has the following additions:

It can now report which spam traps have been triggered eg the RBLs so you
get a report showing spamassassin, osirusoft.com etc and how many spam
each of them has detected.

I have also separated the configuration values into a separate file so
that future upgrades of the software are easier to install - you shouldn't
have to change your configuration file.

I have also changed the code which scans the log file to make it
substantially quicker.

The report also includes the current number of mail messages in the mail
queue.
