Delivering Quarantined Messages with their attachments

Hi all,

Could someone just confirm the best procedure for forcing delivery of a
message
out of MailScanner quarantine, so it is not scanned and quarantined again.
Particularly where the message contains three parts i.e. dxxxxxxxxxxx,
qxxxxxxxxxx and an attachment.

Is it a case of just copying all three to q1 or only the d & q message,
which will force the attachment to automatically be delivered.
