Emails with Rubbish

I did what you said but I am still getting these through. The headers on the email (shown below) do not even mention spam:

The message look chinese although I'm not an expert! Such as:


   现有一广交会二期灯饰展展位低价转让,位置位于广交会8号馆一楼靠近4号门,位置相当优越,大小2.5m×2.5m,现价人民币75,000元转让,请各灯饰厂家不要错过这千载难逢的机会。

Any ideas appreciated.
