Emails with Rubbish

I think you are getting chinese spam.

Install spamassassin and put in the config that comes with mailscanner 
anything but chinese.

This should stop 90% of those buggers.

These are the lines I have in spam.assassin.prefs.conf:

ok_languages            af am ar be bg bs ca cs cy da de el en eo es et eu 
fa fi fr fy ga gd he hi hr hu hy id is it ja ka la lt lv mr ms ne nl no pl 
pt qu rm ro ru sa sco sk sl sq sr sv sw ta th tl tr uk vi yi

ok_locales              en ja ru th

This basically allows everything but chinese, don't have any problems with 
e-mails from japan or korea they get through without problems. If you are 
mailing with Taiwan you need to whitelist those domains first.
