Did u get any answer? I'm in the same situation as you, I wrote to the us
customer care and they told me to write to the italian customer care which
didn't answer at all. I tried to call the phone support in italy and they
said that they couldn't find my customer number and that was because I
bought it from the international site and not from the italian one. Now I
wrote again to the us customer care and waiting... for almost a month!
