problem configuring mailscanner+postfix

I installed and configured Mailscanner with postfix according to the 
installation guides in the web site. When i send a mail, i got an error about 
nqmgr cannot rename from incoming to active, Permission denied (sorry for the 
lack of info, i dont have access to that PC now).
Can somebody tell me how to solve this?
