Announce: MailWatch for MailScanner 0.2 (was MailScanner-Console )

I manage to upgrade it with some customization especially on the
CustomConfig.pm file. Anyway, it works great.

BTW, I would suggest that you change the installation path from mailscanner
to mailwatch and any other name that is mailscanner. This would avoid any
confusion with MailScanner.
