It means those of us using Julian's update script are working on the last
known good copy of the F-Prot database, without the latest signature(s).

Anyone using F-Prot's own update are either using a good database with the
latest signatures, or a bad database which won't work....   and they don't
know which until they see a virus :)

I vote "no" to this proposal to form a committee to investigate whether we
should or should not hold a ballot on whether to vote yet.
