HTML in Text Body

The only options I am using for "SPAM Actions" is store and forward (email
address).  The "high scoring spam actions is set to only store.  Originally
I had the striphtml configured.  Since this time I have gone back to the
removal of the striphtml option, yet it appears a get a few stragglers each
day that are stripped.  Is there another location that I need to turn the
HTML stripping off?
