Ain't using RedHat but you could try RedHat SA src.rpm instead :
ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/rawhide/1.0/SRPMS/SRPMS/spamassassin-2.43-10.src.rpm
RPM .spec differ a lot defpending the vender and the release ....
