Whitelist seems not to work?

Steve,
If you type ps ax | grep MailScanner it will show all the PIDS for
MailScanner.  You should probably see roughly 5 instances running.  Type
kill -9 pid and it will kill the MailScanner processes.  Once you have
killed all of them, go to /opt/MailScanner/bin/check_mailscanner and it will
relaunch MailScanner.

What does your spam.whitelist.rules say?
