FAQ-O-Matic available

Hmmm,
I'll try and put a few bits in later.  Perhaps there should be a top level category for virus scanners (with each scanner as a sub category) and one for spamassassin - as these tend to generate lots of Q's.  Or would you prefer to keep these under installation/ configuration?
