Scores of 100.0 not working

I edited the local.cf file with the following:

header    BAD_WORD      Subject =~//i
describe  BAD_WORD      badword
score     BAD_WORD      100.0

I did some tests and the first three emails i sent got
blocked, afterwards, all off them got trough.

What am I missing, I'm trying to censor out some foul words.
