Only the RBL's you actually want to use (which is probably only 3 or 4).
However, if you want the full list of RBL rules, here they are. Any ones
you want to use, replace the number at the end of the line with 100.0 and
put it in /etc/MailScanner/spam.assassin.prefs.conf
