MailScanner only needs the command line version, 'F-Prot for Small Business'

I guess it doesn't but that doesn't alter the fact that you would be in breach of the license.  F-Prots pricing isn't bad from what I've heard (I only use it at home where it is definately free).  If you don't want to pay use Clam.
